Biography
I offer relationship-focused therapy to couples, individuals, and parents.
As a Certified Imago couples therapist, I focus on fostering deep emotional connections and healing relationship patterns. Using the Imago dialogue process, I help couples improve communication, resolve conflicts, and create a stronger, more compassionate bond.
I also integrate Attachment-Focused EMDR (AF-EMDR / AI-EMDR), a transformative trauma-informed intervention. This approach highlights the client’s safety, resourcing, and repair of early childhood deficits; and the importance of the client-therapist relationship.
Working with parents, I offer intervention programmes such as NVR and SPACE.
