Biography
I am an Integrative Psychotherapist & Counsellor and a Certified Imago Relationship Therapist. In addition to my certifications, I have also undergone training in trauma-informed approaches, including Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR). This equips me with the understanding needed to assist individuals who have experienced childhood trauma or other traumatic events. My practice is situated in the Lisbon region of Portugal. Furthermore, I offer online counselling services, which enable me to connect with clients from the UK and Europe. Being fluent in English, Spanish, and French allows me to provide therapy in multiple languages, enhancing my ability to serve my clients effectively.
