My work with couples involves creating a safe space where each partner can explore their experience in the relationship and begin to validate and empathise with their partner’s experience. Within the Imago dialogue, couples are able to uncover past wounds, understand current adaptive strategies and set intentions around what they want to create in their current relationship.

Equipped with new tools, effective communication strategies and a commitment to reflection, growth and new experiences, couples can quickly become conscious of how they are showing up in their relationship and how they can stretch beyond current behaviour patterns to create a new experience which meets both partners’ needs.

I qualified as an Integrative Psychotherapist in 1998 and have worked in various settings since then as a Psychotherapist, Supervisor, Lecturer and Group Facilitator. I currently practise at Harley Therapy in person and online. I also work as a Student Counsellor at Imperial College London.
