Biography
I am passionate about helping you to feel positive about yourself as an individual and within relationships. Working with couples and individuals, I create a safe environment for you to express yourself freely at your own pace, working through feelings and emotions that are sometimes difficult and challenging. Where there is disconnection in your life, I work openly and sensitively to re-connect you both; mentally, emotionally, physically. Sessions are conducted either online via Zoom or in person at my therapy room in Newton-le-Willows. For individual clients – I also offer walking therapy; an alternative way to deliver the therapeutic hour whilst out walking in nature. I look forward to helping you on your journey.
