Biography
Hello, I’m Inka, a psychotherapist with 18 years of experience working with couples and individuals in the UK, Poland, and USA. Accredited and registered with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP)
I’ve learned from both professional and personal experiences that nothing in life is more important than our relationships with ourselves, our partners, children, and our community. I believe everyone craves and needs connection, and my role is to help them rediscover the tools they already possess to heal and grow.
I’m deeply passionate about my work around relational issues. Whatever the issue, therapy gives you a safe space to explore where you are in your life, how you got there and how you can move forward.

When working with couples, I help to create a safe space within their relationship where they can grow through conflicts. I support them to build strong connections and introduce them to Imago dialogue, a method that allows each partner to be seen and heard and express themselves openly without fear of being defensive.

When working with individuals, I offer compassionate assistance with a range of relational challenges, from navigating breakups and divorce to finding balance in singleness. I help clients identify and transform patterns that hinder their ability to connect and commit. Moreover, I provide empathetic support for managing anxiety, depression, stress, and loss, recognizing the deep connections between these struggles and relational issues.
