Biography

I’m a Transactional Analysis Psychotherapist (UKCP Acc. at level 6) and Certified Imago Relationship Therapist working in full time private practice.

I practice from my therapy rooms in the North East of England, UK offering individual, couples and small group work.

I currently only work with couples face to face from my therapy room in Willerby, East Yorkshire, HU10 7UA.

I understand from my own personal journey of psychotherapy how difficult it can be to allow yourself to be vulnerable and ask for help. It takes courage and strength to access therapy and reaching out is often the hardest step.

I’m a qualified Transactional Analysis (TA) Psychotherapist and whilst TA is at the core of my practice, I draw on Imago skills when working with couples to provide a bespoke treatment plan for each couple I work with.

I combine my experience, nurturing and a relational approach into my practice. I work co-creatively with clients, meaning together, we will collaborate your therapy sessions to facilitate relationship healing and therapeutic growth.

I create a nurturing, save and confidential space to help couples (and any other duo) work through any difficulties in their relationship they are facing. My hope is for couples to learn Imago Relationship techniques in the therapy room, so that eventually when they are ready, they can go on their own journey of relationship growth and integrate Imago into their relationship at home.
