Colette Safhill

I am a psychotherapist with over 25 years of experience supporting individuals and couples through meaningful therapeutic work. My approach is balanced, relational, and deeply informed by many years of clinical practice.

Alongside my private practice, I am currently in training with Imago Relationships, developing my work with the Imago approach to relationship therapy. This model focuses on helping partners understand one another more deeply, strengthen communication, and transform conflict into opportunities for connection and healing.

I work both online and in person from my beautiful, welcoming clinic in North Yorkshire, offering a calm and confidential space where clients can feel safe to explore their experiences and relationships.

I am British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) accredited, DBS checked, and fully insured. My work is grounded in professionalism, compassion, and a commitment to providing a supportive therapeutic environment where clients feel respected and understood.
